Suggestions to Improve Customer Experience on a Tesla

Being fascinated with Teslas, I found myself spending a lot of time watching review videos. Instead of watching hours of videos from owners, here are some of the things I’ve noticed that can be improved on Tesla’s software. So after spending hours looking at out-dated docs to configure my UBC hosted email, here’s a guide that will save you a good amount of time.

  1. Setup your email account on UBC Hosted mailbox at https://id.ubc.ca/
email blocked out for obvious reasons

2. Login to webmail http://webmail.alumni.ubc.ca/ using your username “CWLUSERNAME.stu” and CWL password

For ex, if my CWL was “johnsmith01”, my username would be “johnsmith01.stu”

If you are still unable to login to webmail, try resetting your https://www.myaccount.ubc.ca/myAccount/.

If that still doesn’t work, contact UBC IT services at…
